How do I pay?+
Subscribing takes you to a secure checkout where you pay by card. Your plan activates automatically as soon as payment goes through.
What's a “complex/image credit”?+
Fast questions have a generous daily cap on every plan (10/day free, 200/day Pro, 500/day Premium). Harder multi-step problems and anything with a photo or diagram run a more expensive pass behind the scenes, so those draw from a monthly credit allowance instead: a complex text question uses 1 credit, and a photo/diagram question uses 2 (reading images costs us much more than text).
Do unused credits expire?+
Paid monthly allowances roll over for one extra month, so a lighter week doesn't just vanish before your next exam week. Free starter credits are a one-time allowance and never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from Settings any time. You'll drop back to the Free plan right away, no retention calls and no buried fine print.
